Designed to accommodate up to eight people, it is located just 600 m from the ski slopes (accessible on foot across the snow-covered meadow or via a free shuttle located 100 m away) and 2 km from the “Les Grands Bains de Monêtier” thermal baths, in a quiet and sunny residential area.
The apartment has a bright living space with a comfortable lounge opening into a 7m2 terrace and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The fully equipped American kitchen has everything you need to prepare convivial meals: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, etc.
The accommodation includes three comfortable bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with two queen size beds (160x200), while the third has a bunk bed (two 90x190 beds), ideal for children. The living room sofa can also be converted into a double bed (160x200).
On the sanitary side, the apartment has a main bathroom with bathtub and WC, as well as an additional bathroom with shower and designer sink. A separate toilet with a drying area and washing machine completes this functional space.
To ensure optimal comfort, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and televisions. Parking is convenient with three parking spaces, including one underground space with handicap access and an electric charging station with an individual meter (on request).
Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the ski room with boot dryer as well as the secure bicycle room. A locker at the foot of the slopes is also available for maximum comfort.
