The chalet Black Pearl is a property just out of the ground of 250m2 designed in the Briançonnais with a spirit combining tradition and modernity.
Its location is ideal for skiing and for après skiing!
It is located 5 minutes away from the Prorel ski lifts and 7 minutes away from Chantemerle and a few hundred meters away from all shops, cinemas, restaurants...
It includes 2 levels with airy and warm spaces that benefit from generous openings.
Particular attention has been paid to natural materials, which promotes an atmosphere conducive to cocooning, rest and relaxation, especially thanks to its jacuzzi located on the terrace.
The fireplace will warm your evenings well accompanied around a beautiful fire.
Its American kitchen, overlooking the living room with its cathedral lounge, will seduce you to spend pleasant culinary moments while sharing them with your guests.
The chalet can accomodate 10 people.
On the lower level ,
It offers 3 beautiful double rooms with a clean style, equipped with comfortable bedding and their bathroom with shower and toilet.
They are also equipped with dressing room and televisions and for some of a terrace of 60m2.
The fourth bedroom is a dormitory with two bunk beds and its bathroom with shower and toilet.
For cinema lovers, you will have the opportunity to watch a movie in the room which is cozy style.
There is a laundry room with dryer and washing machine.
At the higher level,
You will have access to a large mezzanine of 70 m2 open to the living space.
Equipped with fitness mats, a ball and a pool table with a game table are available.
Parking side, you will have 3 uncovered parking spaces.
