Located just 300m from the city center of Briançon but also from the train station and 900m from the slopes and ski lifts (Prorel gondola), the chalet is close to shops and has an exceptional location.
It is a splendid individual chalet for 10 people of 200m² on a wooded plot of 1400m² facing south.
It is tastefully decorated and will immerse you in a cozy atmosphere.
This accommodation is composed of 4 bedrooms and one mezzanine, ideal for children, teenagers or even a young couple.
Outside, behind the cottage, you will have an independent mazot for 2 people (ideal for teenagers or friends).
This charming chalet will offer you a nice service with its outdoor jacuzzi and its sublime barrel sauna.
In summer and in winter, you will have a huge terrace to share pleasant moments.
